Our Solutions
It’s not uncommon for successful and powerful leaders to try to make a “top-down” improvement but fail to engage the organisation. This results in sub-optimal outcomes, with high levels of resistance from across the organisation.
We recognise the important role that Executive and Senior Leaders have in initiating and making changes within their business. As well as being visionaries, who understand why changes need to be made, they need to govern the change and ensure it meets corporate goals. We work with leaders to establish robust governance processes, including such things as delegating budget and resources to Change managers, monitoring progress of the change, and providing direction when there is an impasse. We use coaching techniques to enhance leader’s ability to engage the workforce.
For many organisations, change is a fact of life. Complex changes are initiated, often overlapping each other, and many times they’re done in isolation. This can lead to duplication of effort, misalignment between people, confusion about how business processes will work, and ultimately making changes that fail to deliver expected outcomes.
We take a listen first approach: listening and understanding what needs to be done, what other changes are being made throughout the organisation, and building on that. Throughout the change we consciously engage Executives and Senior Leaders to identify competing and complimentary change programmes, and where necessary we help develop overarching change programmes for the company, ensuring that all changes can progress in a collaborative and cohesive manner.
